There’s something quietly magical about a well-crafted supper club — the kind where every detail feels considered, every touchpoint intentional. That was exactly the atmosphere at the recent London supper club hosted by Plots and Parcels, brought to life in collaboration with Hello Props.

Collaborating with the team at Plots & Parcels, we crafted designs that were both visually impressive and functional, providing the space and event with a unique atmosphere. We created handmade prop menu holders and hand-embroidered table settings to integrate their brand identity with the event's presentation.

Hello Props - Menu Design

We utilised elements from the Plots & Parcels brand logo to design these large menu holders. By printing, mounting onto card, and laminating, we crafted these beautiful holders for an elegant and unique table display.

Hello Props - Table Embroider

Beyond the printed elements, it was the textiles that truly anchored the space. Hand-embroidered tablecloths — created specifically for the occasion. We used the same design from the menu holders to carry a sense of unity through the space and hand embroidered the design onto a fabric. Added a layer of craft that guests could quite literally sit with.

This supper club collaboration was a beautiful example of what can happen when creative studios come together with a shared vision.
